Dr. Anca is a National Board Certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) and licensed Acupuncturist Physician (L.Ap). She has a Bachelor of Science in Western Medicine: Professional Health Studies. Dr. Anca attended graduate school at Florida College of Integrative Medicine where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and further obtained the advanced certification in Acupoint Injection Therapy for pain management utilizing Homeopathic remedies.

Why did I decide to go in the field of Acupuncture/Holistic &Natural medicine?
“My father at the age of 72 whom was on vacation in America became deadly ill after living with Hepatitis C for more than 40 years due to a faulty blood transfusion. He had to be put in the hospice. His liver was destroyed due to the Hepatitis C. The specialist looked me in the eyes and with absolute certainty said that there was nothing that could be done and that his liver is not able to produce platelets (necessary for the blood coagulation) and ultimately he would bleed to death within few days. After agonizing turmoil and extreme denial , my family and I were determined to find a way to save his life by increasing the platelets from the count of 5000( normal count is above 150,000). We discovered that spinach, kale, broccoli, kelp where some of the most powerful platelets creators. Therefore, we started giving him two glasses of spinach juice every day for 7 days. I remember making the juice and rushing to the hospital so he would drink it within 10 min. In one week his platelets count went from 5k to 100k. A miracle, right?
